What is 3XA?

Anti Stick –  This eliminates the need of applying grease to flange surface. Results in faster and safer flange cleaning. Ensures better sealing with replacement Gasket.

Anti Corrosion –  This finish reduces the amount of leachable chlorides at the contact  with flange thus reducing the corrosive effect of Flange material.

Anti Leak –  This property confirms to irregularities of flange face giving better Micro-Sealing.

Some Common Gradea and Application

• UKL CI 18 : Asbestos Free universal gasket material for general application suitable upto 200 Deg C and 50 Bar.
• UKL CI 22 : Asbestos free gasket suitable for general purpose application upto 250 Deg C and 50 Bar (Equivalent to Champion style AF120).
• UKL CI 24 : Quality grade material suitable for oil, water, gas, steam, acids and alkalines upto 300 Deg C and 100 Bar (Equivalent to Champion style AF 139).
• UKL CI 31 : Gasket material for general application good chemical and mechanical properties upto 350 Deg C and 100 Bar.
• UKL CI32 : Quality grade material suitable upto 300 Deg C and 13 Bar (Equivalentn to Champion Style AF154)
• UKL CI 33 : Gasket material with high thermal resistance and recommended for steam application upto 400 Deg and 150 Bar. (Equivalent to Champion style AF 159).
• UKL CI 73 : Good gasket material suitable for chemical industry (Equivalent to Champion AF 160)
